The four pricing models
| Model | How it works | Good for | Watch for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Per ticket | A fee for each ticket handled | Low, unpredictable volume | Costs rise in a bad month; less incentive to prevent repeat tickets |
| Per user | A monthly fee per end user supported | Clients billed per user | Shared devices and service accounts can be miscounted |
| Per endpoint | A monthly fee per managed device or server | MSPs who bill per device | Agree how endpoints are counted |
| Dedicated technician | A named person on your team for a monthly fee | Steady, high volume | Cover for leave and nights is extra |
Our published prices (USD)
| Service | Price |
|---|---|
| Help desk (L1 and L1.5) | $12 per endpoint / month |
| Help desk + after-hours (24/7) | $16 per endpoint / month bundled ($18 separately) |
| After-hours only | $6 per endpoint / month |
| Dedicated technician | $2,400 / month |
| NOC monitoring and patching | $4 per endpoint / month; servers $15 / month |
| L2 escalation | $45 / hour in prepaid 10-hour blocks |
| Two-week pilot | $750, 10 business days, up to 150 endpoints |
Monthly minimum $1,500 across all services. Endpoint = a managed device or server in your RMM, counted on the 1st. Onboarding fee $1,000, waived when you start from a pilot. Month to month, 30 days’ notice.

A worked example
An MSP with 500 endpoints on our help desk pays 500 × $12 = $6,000 a month. Adding 24/7 cover with the bundle makes it 500 × $16 = $8,000. Compare that with the fully loaded cost of the technicians you would otherwise hire, using the L1 cost calculator.
Questions
Is per-endpoint cheaper than per-ticket?
It depends on volume. Per-endpoint pricing is predictable and rewards fixing root causes; per-ticket can be cheaper at very low volume. Ask each provider for a quote on both your average and your worst month.
How do you invoice?
Monthly in advance, payable within 15 days by ACH, wire or card.
Are prices the same in Canada?
US and Canadian MSPs are billed in USD at the same prices.
