Accessibility statement
Last updated 16 October 2026 · Diversacrest Private Limited
We want everyone to be able to use zaivit.com, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or voice control. This statement covers zaivit.com and zaivit.com/partners.
Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Based on the testing below, we believe the site partially conforms: automated tests find no failures, but we have not yet completed a full manual audit, so we don't claim full conformance.
What we do
- Semantic HTML: one main heading per page, landmarks, labelled navigation, and a "Skip to content" link
- Every feature works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline
- Form fields have labels; errors are shown in text, linked to the field, and focus moves to the first one
- Text and controls meet AA colour contrast
- Layouts adapt to phone screens without horizontal scrolling
- Animation is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion
- No content flashes, autoplays or times out
How we tested
On 16 October 2026 we ran axe-core 4.10.2 with its WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 level A and AA rules against the home page, Get Help, Request a Quote, Legal, Worldwide, and the IT-provider home, pricing and booking pages: 0 violations. We also check every page for a single main heading and for horizontal scrolling at 375 px, and every build is checked with an HTML validator before it goes live. On the same day we tested the menus, mobile navigation and quote form with a keyboard alone (focus order, visible focus, Escape to close, errors announced and focused) and reviewed headings, landmarks, link names and form labels on 11 key pages. A keyboard focus-order problem in the desktop menus was found and fixed.
Known limitations
- We have not yet done a full manual test with a screen reader (NVDA, JAWS or VoiceOver). It is planned, and we will update this page with the results
- The platform previews (customer dashboard, marketplace, design system) are early concepts and were not part of the test
- Security checks on our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) are run by a third party; if one blocks you, email us and we'll take your request directly
