Questions
Is GST included in ₹999?
No. ₹999 is per user per month before GST. We issue GST invoices, so registered businesses can claim input tax credit.
Why a minimum of 5 users?
Your named lead and backup learn your setup properly, and that takes the same effort at 2 users as at 5. Smaller teams are billed as 5.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Contracts are month to month with 30 days’ notice, and we hand over all documentation and admin access when you leave.
Are Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences included?
No. Licences stay on your own account, or we buy them for you at cost. You never pay a markup on software.
Do you visit our office?
Support is remote. On-site visits in Nashik and Mumbai can be arranged and are quoted separately.
What happens after 9am–6pm IST?
Urgent issues are covered on our 24/7 plan, quoted on request. Everything else is picked up first thing the next working day.
