How engagements and pricing work

Why some countries are projects only
In the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, we provide help desk and managed IT only through local IT providers, and never compete with them. Businesses there can still buy fixed-price projects from us directly, such as websites, email and migrations.
Questions
Is tax included in the published prices?
No. In India, ₹999 is per user per month before GST, and we issue GST invoices so registered businesses can claim input tax credit. Elsewhere, prices exclude VAT, GST or sales tax, which are added where they apply.
Why is there a minimum of 5 users?
Your named lead and backup have to learn your setup properly, and that takes the same effort for 2 users as for 5. Smaller teams are billed as 5.
Can we cancel a monthly plan?
Yes. Plans are month to month with 30 days’ notice, and we hand over all documentation and admin access when you leave.
Are Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licences included?
No. Licences stay on your own account, or we buy them for you at cost. You never pay a markup on software.
What if a project turns out bigger than the quote?
We agree the scope in writing first. If the work turns out bigger, we tell you before doing it and you decide. No surprise invoices.
Who owns the work at the end?
You do. Admin accounts and documentation are handed over at the end of a project, or when you leave a monthly plan.
Is the price on the website the final price?
The published price is where a quote starts. We confirm the price in writing after a free 20-minute call, and the written quote you accept is what applies.
